Step 2: Navigate to the Redirects Option
- In the cPanel dashboard, scroll down to the Domains section.
- Click on Redirects.

Step 3: Choose Redirect Type
- On the Redirects page, you’ll see two types of redirects:
- Permanent (301): Redirects visitors and tells search engines to update their records with the new URL.
- Temporary (302): Redirects visitors temporarily without telling search engines to update.
- Select the type of redirect that suits your needs.

Step 4: Select the Domain to Redirect

- If you want to redirect a specific page or directory, enter that path in the Redirects to field.

Step 5: Enter the Destination URL
- In the Redirects to field, type the full URL of the website you want to redirect traffic to (e.g.,
https://example.org
).

Step 6: Choose Redirection Options
- Below the destination URL, you’ll see options for how the redirect should behave:
- Only redirect with www or Do Not Redirect www: Control if subdomains are also redirected.
- Wildcard Redirect: Redirects all files within a directory to the same file name in the redirected URL.
- Select the options based on your needs.

Step 7: Add Redirect
- Click the Add button to save your redirect settings.

Step 8: Confirmation
- A confirmation message will appear, indicating that your redirect has been successfully created.
